A Letter From Betty Hung


Dear Beaucoup Bakery customers,

Thank you for your loyal patronage ever since we first opened. As Beaucoup Bakery heads into its fifth anniversary this year, my brother Jacky and I are very excited to start a new chapter at Beaucoup Bakery as owners.

We are very grateful for having the opportunity to continue what Jackie has started – to inspire with quality and care. From a simple cookie to a classic croissant, this is the motto Beaucoup has always lived by and will continue to exist by for many years to come.

I feel extremely fortunate to have this opportunity to lead such a beloved bakery. As a former graphic designer like Jackie, I always had a passion for baking and created my favourites for farmers’ markets before landing an internship at Beaucoup Bakery during the very early days. Jackie took me under her wing and soon promoted me to head pastry chef, which I have been doing for the past two years. Jacky really enjoys being in the front-of-house and making morning coffee for everyone. This is certainly a dream come true for both of us.

We are keen to continue what Beaucoup Bakery has started and hope you’ll be on this next Beaucoup journey with us. My team and I are excited for what’s to come.
